Full Service Management

We use industry standard software powered by CINC partnered with Pinnacle Bank to ensure accurate financial reports are delivered to the Board in a timely manner, as well as providing homeowners the ability to see their accounts online and make online payments using credit/debit cards and e-checks. Homeowners can also set up automatic billing for monthly or annual dues. ARC requests are submitted, processed, and approved online. 

Operations:

· All services of Financial Management

· Architectural control management and enforcement

· Assist Board with preparations for annual meetings

· Assist Board with understanding bylaws and CCRs, including updating as necessary

· Attend annual meetings

· Attend monthly/quarterly Board meetings

· Distribute and maintain pool and amenity access cards/fobs/keys

· Distribution of correspondence to members

· Ensure association maintains effective insurance coverage

· Facilitate daytime or evening Board meetings at our premises or online Zoom meetings

· Inspections monthly (weekly/bi-weekly/evening available)

· Liaise with legal and financial professionals

· Maintain association documents, including meeting minutes and financial records

· Maintain individual member account records, including residents and non-residents.

· Manage clubhouse and pool reservations

· Manage member disputes and inquiries, act as a buffer to the board

· Provide advice to the Board of Directors, including establishing rules and regulations

· Regular customized reports to the Board

· Serve as registered agents for the association

· Single point of contact for homeowners with neighborhood specific email address

· Supervise and negotiate vendor contracts

· Welcome packets to new homeowners
